Once a staff member noticed I was standing there to check in, the actual process was quick. The pictures for a studio king and a one bedroom king are the same so I did not get the room I thought I was getting. Bed was very uncomfortable. Bed linens felt very cheap and were not comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful. Check out was very quick.

The hotel was perfect for our NYE stay. We had 3 rooms total, 2 were adjoining. They had full kitchens which was awesome for preparing our appetizers. The rooms were very clean, the front desk people were so helpful and prompt and breakfast was an added bonus. The only thing I wish had been better was the pool. It was very small and the water was frigid. We did use it but only briefly. It was to cold for the kiddos. We do recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

It was a decent say. The only issue i had was that the pictures showed a double room. This is what we usally stay in at homewood suits. When we got our room it was a single room suit. Still a nice and clean place just disappointed not having the double room.

Very nice stay, clean and well over expectations!
Very nice hotel, the room was very clean and spacious! Had a two person sofa with an ottoman full body mirror on the wall with a desk to do any paperwork at along with a sink, cabinet, dishes and refrigerator. Sheets were super clean I even took them off and looked at the mattress and the mattress look very clean and new. Refrigerator was spotless bathroom was so clean I couldn't see any sort or anything anywhere! Carpet looked brand new and the room smelled really good. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to blue ash, Ohio!

Nice hotel, but my door was open when I checked in, the shower head slowly dropped when off and the hallways are legit colder than outside and it’s like 30 degrees out.

The stay was okay. Smells good when you walk in. The outside patio furniture isn't very clean. However, this location wouldn't be my next choice. When selecting a room, according to the pictures, the delivery isn't clear. I booked a 1 bedroom king studio, with a sofa . From the pictures it seemed like it had a door, sperated from the living area, it doesn't. It's only a curtin. And when I went to the desk to see if I could change my room, of course they were "sold out". Custom service was TRASH! Breakfast was okay. We didn't leave with bed bugs so I'm happy about that. Overall, it's doable for a quick stay but I wouldn't stay again.

Great Hotel
The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only minor complaints I had were that the breakfast was good but could have used a bit more of a variety and they only came in to clean once during my 10 day stay which I didn't feel was enough.

Great facility. Staff was friendly and very clean place. Breakfast was good as well. Only dislike one of the mattresses was beyond overused, it was dipping towards the middle. Made sleeping very uncomfortable.

The first thing we noticed when we entered the lobby was how good it smelled! Our room was nice and clean. Front desk was helpful locating the bedding for the pull-out.

The gentleman at the front desk was not friendly at all and the shower has mold/mildew growing in the caulking. Outside of these two things everything else has been perfect and amazing.

When I arrived, there was a huge loud party in the lobby. Not a big deal I guess. However, there’s no way to get into the hotel except for the fro t door, so it’s a long walk for parking to get your luggage in, or out (at least to return from taking your luggage out). There was some sort of problem with the satelite or cable, so no tv and the staff was no help. If you don’t mind walking a long way with your luggage and you don’t watch tv, and you don’t care if the staff is friendly and helpful, the place isn’t bad. Very clean.
