Wow! Every sip, bite, interaction and property were stellar! Was just passing through and needed a place to stay and stumbled into an oasis of excellence! So good that we stayed an extra night! You will really like this choice……

Lovely comfortable & clean hotel within 15-20min walk to downtown Cincinnati. Not much to do in immediate vicinity of hotel. Very useful to have airport shuttle service which was much appreciated.

The hotel is beautiful and worth not having free parking. The rooms are spacious and a step above many other hotels in the area. We'll be back.

There is always a wedding so it’s hard to enjoy the patio area when it’s always closed. Also I was given a voucher upon check in and I asked if I could use it at their sister property and was told that I could only to go there and have them tell me I couldn’t. Let’s get together staff on whether the vochures can or can’t be redeemed at North!

Check in was quick and easy. Our room was very clean, bedding soft, and shower luxurious. The valet service was not only timely with our car, the valet placed our bags in the car, held the door for our driver, and had the seat warmers on for us.

Fantastic property. Love the overall vibe and decor of the hotel, the size of the room and the excellent and courteous service. Food at the Coppin's resturant downstairs was out of this world. Would definitely return!

Valet was awesome what a group of happy sweet kind young men. The hotel smells good. The location is good to walk around and see all the mansions we liked our room it was quiet couldn’t hear all the noise outside at all tv worked well bed was comfy pillows were ok the shower was good a bit high on price but what isn’t these days.

I would choose the North next time, only because it's a bit fresher and the views are better, but I think Hotel Covington is the best hotel in "Cincinnati." The restaurant and bar are fun, food is good, there's always lots of activity, the staff is extraordinary. No complaints!

The room booked through Expedia was not the same room advertised/pictured. Front staff made a point to comment that it was an Expedia room. We booked signature double queen room with kitchen and basically got a regular sized double queen room.

We were so happy with our stay! We stayed for two nights for my son’s birthday. Valet and bell service were great. Hotel staff were amazing. Beautiful room which impressed the kids. Very clean and comfortable. Also extremely quiet. It felt like we were the only ones staying in the entire hotel. The only disappointing thing was the view. Online our room was advertised as “city view” but it was actually just a view right into the windows of other guest rooms. Because of this we had to keep the drapes closed, which wasn’t a huge issue except lighting in the room was poor. Overall a wonderful and memorable stay. Would definitely recommend!

Best Customer Service & Hospitality
Beautiful hotel. They even have a Mercedes SUV pick you up from the airport. The staff is easy to communicate through text and helped with literally everything I needed. They are incredible. Probably the best customer service I’ve experienced even before I arrived! The lounge & restaurant is nice as well with lovely cocktails and delicious food. Try the snapper!

The hotel was amazing! The lobby and bar are stylish, spacious and cozy at the same time. The whole property is tastefully renovated, with soaring ceilings, beautiful lighting and furniture. The room was great! The beds were super comfortable, the washroom was spacious and stylish. We loved the small radio and a book on the history of Covington. The latte at the bar was really good.
