Convenient OTR Accomodation

We stayed here for our daughter's University of Cincinnati graduation. It is conveniently located in the OTR district, walking distance to restaurants, Rhinegeist brewery, soccer stadium. The apartment has a decent size kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms up stairs. You do have to walk up 2 flights of stairs to reach the apartment. Free parking was provided in a garage about 2 blocks away. I recommend arriving during daylight to get your bearings the first time checking in.

Great Location

The location near Findley Market and Washington Square Park is great. Easy access to the Connector and an easy walk to Rhineguist, Northern Row, Sam Adams, and OTR Stillhouse breweries. Adequate, but pretty basic furnishings. AC doesn't cool the bedrooms very well. Needs a bigger coffee pot. Overall, it's great for two couples and at a fair price. Host were responsive and easy to work with.

Great Customer Service

Cami was amazing! There was an issue with our key to get in and their response time was fabulous! They were able to get us into the property and then she got a new key within minutes! She even helped direct us to our parking and then they checked up on us! Thank you Cami! The Simone Family

Our stay was amazing! Great location near Findlay Market with plenty of other great food options. Easy parking at Washington Park with a nice park to take a walk in at night. Simple commute to any stadium. The apartment was exactly as listed. Has everything we needed was neat clean and organized. Property managers extremely helpful and easy to reach if needed. Highly recommended
