Odd House

Listing pictures were accurate but the house is oddly laid out, feels dated and there was water under one carpets in one of the downstairs rooms. Based on this, think the house was overpriced.

Home is NOT well maintained. Back doors couldn’t be locked, rain water leaking into the basement, pool sticks were unusable, movie room projector didn’t work,
