“Wonderful stay! Only had booked one night here because our flight was moved back a day but wish we had more time there. Amazing property, beautiful botanicals, lovely room, great bath, and great pool! Would highly recommend staying here!”

“A hidden gem right outside of Roma. The architecture and history were unique. We were greeted by the caregiver, Miguela and he turned out to be a wonderful friend throughout our journey. We had lunch on the patio that was delicious and headed to the pool for a relaxing afternoon. In the evening we had a wonderful dinner on the terrace overlooking the countryside. Overall a wonderful experience we highly recommend.”

“There is a check in time hour, but the owner lives there so we were able to check in a little after the time range stated on the listing. Very nice owner. Great breakfast. Mainly sweets. Very close to the airport. Free street parking. Lots of space available. Overall was a great place to stay.”

“Reason for stay was that we landed late at night & didn’t want to arrive at our city centre apartment in the dark & when contact with owners were limited. Map shows it being a short walk from the terminal; however, that is as the crow flies - walking would take 2hrs when we mapped it out. There is a free shuttle to the train station & then into Rome but it wasn’t clear how to get it & the bus drivers not helpful. We ended up getting a taxi for which we were charged €25 - he said it was minimum……

“Good people are the best asset in any place, and Cape House is blessed with amazing people. The cleaning staff are friendly and maintain the highest standard of cleanliness. And Fabio takes great care to ensure that guests are comfortable and well looked after. He found me a quiet place to work away from the noise of some renovations that were in progress a couple of days, and kindly gifted a bottle of wine to compensate for any inconvenience that the work may have caused. “Very cozy room and friendly staffs. The breakfast is no fancy but essential and sufficient. Just one small thing: The room is equipped with stoves, with pot, cups and spoons, which is nice but surprisingly, no kettle! Luckily we can go to the canteen for hot water to make tea and coffee. The free parking venue is a plus. Supermarket is close by. Overall, I will recommend this place for someone come with car.”
