“We stayed at this wonderful hotel as we were attending the horse racing at haydock race course. The room was beautiful , the bed was divine and I slept so comfortably! There was a fan which was needed as the weather was hot (a shark fan - which is a real luxury touch) also tea and coffee making facilities, water, hairdryer, dressing table with accessible plugs!
It was my husband's 40th and we had just got married and Poppy brought a bottle of fizz to our room which was such a lovely suprise and……

“Staff friendly and very helpful. Room was a bit warm as it was a humid day. Reception got us a fan for the room. Was very clean and comfortable room and very quiet and peaceful sleep. In the morning we had breakfast the lady we spoke to was amazingly helpfully and hospitable. Made sure we had everything we needed and even had a lovely chat with us after we finished.
