「It was a great pleasure to stay at Crowne Plaza. The restaurant on the 6/F is excellent with great view and lively music. The food selection is food. Very helpful from the team especially Sercan who provided a lot of tips and advice where to go and eat. Location of the hotel is good too as it closes to the pier and we can take ferries to avoid the congestion from land transport. 「We arrived in the early hours of the morning and they kindly arranged transport for us to get to the accommodation stress free. It’s a 15 minute walk into the town which is lively and plenty of shops and restaurants . The hotel staff were lovely and very friendly . The rooms have a living area with modern facilities, the beds are comfortable.」

But the actual hotel is a complete mess. 「This is a lovely bijou hotel right on the Bosphorus with lovely little balconies right beside a mosque and the ferry port. Useful access to the old town by water as traffic is a problem in Istanbul. Room was bright and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a huge array off fresh fruits, cereals and cooked food. Staff were welcoming and very anxious to please. Would highly recommend.」
