“If i could give 100 stars i would. I was visiting for my son's wedding in the area. So many things to do in an area you are unfamiliar with. And crazy construction to navigate around. The staff was the kindest, most genuine down to earth people you would ever want to meet. Directing me to what's in the area and just friendly support for a crazy mother of the groom. The stay was very enjoyable amongst all the chaos. The only issue i had was i must have had to rekey our hotel key about 15……

“Newly remodeled bathrooms. Nice quality of towels. Everything clean. Excellent staff. They only clean your room on stays of 3 days or longer. That suited us, but I think you should know. But they will clean more often and/or replace towels upon request. They have a beautiful heated outdoor pool that has a privacy fence around it. “The location to our family members was the main reason we chose Hyatt Place. Everyone on staff was friendly although we had to ask for Housekeeping to clean our room. No one mentioned on check in that apparently they only clean your room when you ask them to do it. The hotel had a lot of guests over the weekend we were there & they had only one elevator as the second one was out of service. Several guests mentioned it had been down for multiple days prior & was down the 4 days we stayed. As you……

“Bathroom door creacked, needs some oil, 2 different color water stains on floor under watertank. Should have been noticed and cleaned and of course addressed weeks ago. Limited supplies of soap and toilet paper Had to ask front desk for such. Windows were fogged ( needed to be replaced,) i was charged $200/ nights for 2 nights. This valiber hotel should be around $89, not $200. Very disappointed”
