"We loved how close the property was to many great shops and restaurants. It was very quiet and peaceful and beautifully decorated. The off-street parking was in a pretty tight garage - best for a small car. Unfortunately there was never enough hot water to use the large bath in the royal suite but we were able to shower fine. "Very unique hotel offered at reasonable rates during off-season. Business model for hotel is staff free so combination lock is sent at noon time to your email for entry. Room for 3 people was spacious with full kitchenette set. Very convenient as hotel is not setup to provide breakfast. Walked to Old Quebec City. Did try to communicate via email and phone call with a question but neither means responded. Otherwise, no issues with hotel. I am not sure why Orbitz listed parking available...
