The room itself was nice and spacious for our family. Beds were clean. Excellent location for exploring. Quiet and quaint. Would return next time we visit Quebec”

I just love their breakfast in a basket that is ready and hanging on your door when you wake up. Also the complimentary unlimited cappuccinos and lattes was amazing!! Highly recommend this hotel. ”

“I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.”
