Hôtel Sainte-Anne
10/10 Excellent
"This is a lovely boutique hotel. Location is perfect. Such a short walk to Chateau Frontenac and even to lower town (Basse Ville). My only critique is that the hotel is located on a pedestrian street which means that you can't drive up and drop off your luggage. The hotel should alert guests before arrival. Parking garage is nearby. We would definitely stay here again. "
"Excellent hotel if one doesn't get the rough bully guy at the night reception who barked at us in the lobby we had to experience at Christmas.
This trip in the summer was better and everyone was very nice. Great hotel now that renovations are mostly finished."
"Front desk staff were professional and very helpful with directions and recommendations. Our 3-night stay before boarding a cruise-ship was fabulous in every respect. While the room was on the street side, we had no issues with noise at night. Room size was adequate, beds comfortable, coffee anytime in the ground floor lounge a plus. We didn’t avail of their breakfast delivery and found outstanding sit down cafes nearby. Everything was walkable, but ride-share worked best in few instances. Will stay here again without hesitation.
