“We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room and service were both fantastic as was the location. Would highly recommend.”

“客房整潔，職員有禮 ”

“We enjoyed very much this stay, everything is good.”

“I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.”

“Excellent breakfast. Clean room. Quiet hotel. Small room for the queen room, and get ready for stairs. Mini fridge made a weird noise. Location is perfect.”

“Ran out of toilet paper, had to request 2 times to get it. Advised staff, TV works sometimes but often it did not work. A staff member took a look at it but said did not know how to operate. Said they would have someone come in to help with tv. Never came to check it out.”

“The location is excellent. The room is spacious and comfortable.”

“All the staff here are super friendly and welcoming. The interior is very new, clean, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly generous. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay!”

“A clean and stylish hotel where it is convenient for tourists to sightsee around the beautiful city. Besides the hotel provides some “little surprise” e.g. welcoming letter and candies, tasty chocolate, hydrating water jar and refreshing music list. The staffs are nice and polite to communicate. Highly recommended.”

“Magnifique, chaleureux, confortable et très bien situé”

Also the bathroom door does not fully close and so privacy is very limited. There are no plugs or sockets by the bed. Also the breakfast can become repetitive if you are staying for more than a few days. Overall a……

“Unbelievable Super spacious, beyond clean, tidy & comfortable. The location seriously can’t be beat. You are right in the best part of old Quebec, by all the shops and restaurants. There is even easy, cheap parking a block away.”
