「Substitute one of the stairs ways with an elevator. I stayed in the 5th floor for the whole trip and going up and down several times a day it gets feels in the knees. Just a thought. Everything was excellent.」

「I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.」

「Room was unique. However, no sitting area or desk making it a sleep only room. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Parking is 2 nlocks away and off site making it impossible for people woth physcal challenges No wheel chair acees as well.expensive but great location 」

「We had an amazing stay at Maison Kent. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The location is very walkable to all of the areas we wanted to visit. Even though there was no front desk, communication via text/call was excellent. Always prompt and helpful- we never had a problem reaching someone. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
