The building is in an ideal location and just a ten minute walk to Vieux Quebec. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and there was plenty of storage space for our clothing and shoes. The 1-ply toilet paper was not ideal. A small table in the tv area would be very helpful for placing coffee mugs and glasses. Instructions for getting our apartment key and the key for the parking access were very helpful and easy to understand.

The loft was as advertised, we had a great stay. Though, we had moderate issues getting in and out of the parking lot, one night the gate wouldn't lower when using the access remote. We tried reaching the number provided but no one answered after several calls, leaving us to get an Uber to make our dinner reservation on time. Outside of that incident the stay was great, the loft was clean and had ample light. Great location for Old Quebec City activities.

The property is very clean and quiet and conveniently located close yo the theatre district and old town and the plains of Abraham. Having a washer and dryer are a nice addition as it is easy to clean up after a large rain fall. There are numerous places to buy fresh food nearby, and the full kitchen made meal preparation a breeze.

The property is not manned, self check in. I did send a message days in advance but my question was not answered. There was “stuff” left by the previous guest that was not cleared out by the cleaning staff…makes me wonder if the place was cleaned properly. All the amenities were there and close to shops and restaurants.
