「Cozy, clean, friendly, spotless, excellent breakfast, easy parking. A little bit off the beaten path. Lovely resident dog. Spacious rooms, very nicely decorated. Charming hosts. 」

「安いので仕方ないが、写真のように明るい部屋ではなかった。途中1泊よそへ出かけたため、2回に分け2部屋利用したが、最初の部屋はWiFi通じたが、洗面所の排水悪く、エアコンで温風がでず夜中寒かった。2回目の部屋はWiFi全く使えず、旅行者には不便。排水とエアコンは大丈夫だったが、バスルームの窓にカーテンなどなく、トイレに座ると、角になっている隣の部屋のベッドに座ったり横になっている男性と目が合うし、シャワールームから出てくると丸見えになる。慌ててゴミ箱にかかっている黒いビニール袋を広げて目張りをした。 同じ2階でも、鍵で解錠する部屋とカードタッチで解錠する部屋がある。フロントは親切。鉄道やミニメトロを中心に行動するなら便利。」

「Great B&B in a lovely secluded, quiet and tranquill setting. We got a warm welcome and lots of recommendations for the area including the amazing Birrificio la Gramigna brewery and the hosts were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, bright and spotlessly clean with modern bathroom. The breakfast always had lots of variety and options available. Just a short drive to Perugia with lots to see in the town, and a great base for day trips further afield, Todi and...

「The hotel is like a hidden gem. Exterior looks a bit ordinary but everything inside is of very high standard. The room is spacious and well decorated with modern and well equipped bathroom. Location can’t be better. It’s one minutes walk to bus terminal for our day trips to nearby towns. And it’s right next to the escalator leading to the historical center of the city. Service is excellent. Andrea at the recent is just excellent. He is so helpful and friendly 」
