「Staff is so kindly I only stayed one night but they helped me for my transfer from airport and then to go to the city It is not a a luxury hotel but the room and bathroom are clean If i had to come again in Kolkata airport I will book in this hotel」

「Two of us stayed overnight for a flight next early next morning. The Hotel is new and clean and fresh. Bed, linen, toilets and corridors were all nice and clean and of good standard. No smell, no bugs. Only small issue was the room bit small in size, but OK for one night. The staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. 「Staff are not bad. However, the property is located on noisy road and they do not maintain it. The toilet seat cover is not only broken but nasty. Everything is halfway done and allowing guests to stay while upgrading. As a result it is nasty property, which is not worth listed on the Expedia. 」

「Considering this hotel is quite new- I figured the staff would be on their toes regarding the service to all customers. I booked an executive room with a king-size bed, but upon reaching my room, I was exposed to two twin-size beds suitable for children. 「The presentation photos dont show how dirty every is. A run down and dirty hotel. My room didn't get cleaned during my stay. The hallway had dirty plates with food on for 3 days. The pool area was full of leftovers from a party and wasn't cleaned during my stay. The only positive was that there was no bedbuggs. All in all -book another hotel.」
