「It’s great that we got free upgrades for 2 nights. The service is also good. The only thing which might need improvements is the daily room cleaning.」

「Smooth check-in, free bottled water, capsule coffee, tea and snacks. Great location, close to restaurants and supermarket. Sound insulation is not good but acceptable.」

Shower did get the whole bathroom wet, and there was no milk / had to pay extra for more coffee or tea bags. Overall it was a pleasant stay, and they kept our suitcases during the day free of charge. 「Very clean, super lovely staff (shoutout to Raya who had the best recommendation for a day in Sofia), location is good, 10/15mn away from the historical center and both check in and check out was very straight forward WiFi is a bit unstable but they're working on it and we were on holiday so in a way, it forced us to disconnect a bit which was not a bad thing for us. I'm sincerely looking forward to returning to Dunav Apartment and Sofia!」

Beautiful hotel situated at main attractions shopping street with variety of restaurant. Good hotel staff service. Simple Breakfast with good coffee and orange juices. I can do and buy everything here convinient as a tourist. 」
