"Stefano (host) was so helpful and responsive. He helped us secure airport transfers from FCO to the door of 7 Bells Guest House, and recommended a great local restaurant for our first dinner in Civitavecchia. We had done Rome a few times in the past, so opted to stay in the coastal town for a couple of days prior to our cruise. We were happy with our decision. It’s a lovely small city with a tremendous number of restaurants and a few lovely cultural attractions in easy walking distance. Excellent low-key experience to feel settled prior to cruise departure. The accommodations at the guest house were comfortable and felt safe and secure. I would stay again. We appreciated Stefano’s hospitality ! Tip: ask to book transportation to the cruise terminal. It’s close by, but with luggage and getting dropped off right in front of the terminal (vs taking the cruiseport shuttle ) it is definitely worth the cost!"

"We want to give this hotel, Luca and his staff FAR more than just 5 stars! This hotel is wonderful, Luca and his staff are friendly, helpful and warmly welcoming! We had the suite, which has a sauna/shower in the room, we were given complimentary champagne and a variety of tasty treats in our room! The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The hotel is within walking distance to some restaurants and the cruise ship port location to catch buses to transport you to your respective ship. We enjoyed our stay here so much that we are looking to make travel plans, so we can stay here again! Luca, his staff and this hotel is a GREAT treasure, and we’re thrilled to have discovered such a delightful place! We LOVED it! Thank you Luca and staff for such an incredible experience, your hospitality is fantastic and truly appreciated!"
