"The staff was helpful and friendly. It was very close to the train station(just down the street) and close to the shuttle that took us to the cruise port. The room was clean and quiet and the bed and pillows were comfortable. It was also close to dining options."

"Staying here was an incredible experience! Loris and Ambra are perfect hosts. Loris helped me arrange transportation to and from the hotel - and he carried all of our bags to and from the hotel! Ambra kept us in good food and coffee. We didn't meet Rita, but we ate her delicious cakes. Everyone was so friendly and attentive to our needs! I would give them a higher rating if I could! The room has an incredible view of the waterfront, and the hotel is beautifully placed near the downtown area of Civitavecchia. There are tons of things to do and see (and eat) and Loris is a great advisor when planning your outings."
