“The room was clean and comfortable. We were staying on the top floor, and it was quiet. I like the antique style of the hotel rooms and common areas very much, through which you can have a glimpse on what the old Italian style villa looks like. The owner recommended some nice restaurants for dinning. We tried one, which was really good. The only problem was, you had to use wifi in the common area instead of in the hotel room. Besides, though it is close to the train station, it's a bit far from……

“The housemaid was lovely and provided breakfast each day. Our air conditioner had stopped working, and there was no washing machine like they said there was on line. Over great service and a lovely location.”

“A wonderful overnight stay at this historical and traditional building, close to the heart of Siena. Very quiet, with a wonderful view over the Tuscan countryside from our room...coffee-making facilities and a fridge with cold water (essential in this current heatwave)...a good choice of breakfast options, all served by Valentina, who was the perfect host. She took time to chat with us about the traditions of Siena, and could not have been more helpful...we hope to return one day soon.”

“Qualità accoglienza e disponibilità della Proprietaria ineccepibili. Camera spaziosa, arredata cn gusto, semplice e colorata, pulita, accessori bagno presenti, condizionatore bello nuovo. Vista vallata fino all’Elba( visibilità permettendo). Ottima cena gustosa in Locanda. Piatti tradizionali e ricca carta dei vini, anche fuori regione. Un applauso speciale va a Laura per l’empatia, alle pappardelle cinghiale e alle crostate casalinghe da sballo. ”

“Our host Roberto was superb, always have a smile on his face and ready to help. He showed me how to find a free parking area when we visited Sienna which was just a 15 mins drive. The place was great and we got a room facing the swimming pool and open greenfield. The breakfast was included and was good. Our toilet however got a slight problem on the first day we arrived as the flushing water kept flowing. It was handled quickly after we told the house keeper. An overall very good stay. ”

“Sehr zuvorkommendes freundliches Personal, schönes Zimmer und Bad, gute Klimaanlage, allerdings muss man dem Personal Bescheid geben, wenn man es kühler möchte. Leider geht der Lüfter im Bad nur tagsüber und morgens gar nicht. Handbrause leider mit Schimmelbesatz. Frühstück war sehr süßlastig. Und die Außenanlagen wirken sehr ungepflegt, Poolumrandung nur halbfertig, keine Schirme am Pool, Liegen und Auflagen schmuddelig, nicht sehr einladend. ”

“La piscina è ben tenuta anche se un po distante a piedi..Tanta bella gioventu ,volenterosa,però poca organzzazione..sopratutto all accoglienza,trovo che nn sapere le offerte che vengono fatte sia di x se poco professionale e mettere quasi in dubbio che il cliente abbia pagato anche peggio,tanto più che ha pagato anche piu del prezzo x una promozione... e in aggiunta la camera che doveva avere letto matrimoniale King..era una doppia con letti singoli...si salva uno dei proprietari x……
