「The house at first seemed too far out of the way for me, but once we got there we loved the location by the river and with a dock to fish and swim from. We loved that. The kitchen was well stocked for breakfasts. It became a great base to visit Montgomery, Selma and Birmingham; along with visiting family in the area. 」

「The house was recently renovated with all modern updates and conveniences. All beds and living spaces were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The home was stocked with lots of extras like coffees, clothes washing detergent and dryer sheets, body soap, shampoo and conditioner, plenty of toilet paper, dish washing detergent, just so many things! We were very comfortable during our extended stay in Clanton. 」

「This was our 2nd stay at this property and it was awesome once again! The house is always spotless and the lake view is beautiful. The owners are friendly and very quick to respond to our questions. It is so peaceful sitting on the screened in porch watching the water. We love this place and plan on returning.」

「This house has something for everyone. A big kitchen, a comfortable living room, bedrooms on 3 floors, giving privacy and options in sleeping arrangements. The dock is large, shaded, and has electricity.」

「Once again, a fabulous experience. We LOVE this property. We had a small emergency and needed to extend our stay, and the property manager and owners were as kind as could be, helping us out for an additional night. I highly recommend this home! 」

「Its a great place for a relaxing vacation. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Weather was beautiful so we spent most days outside and evenings by the fire. We have relatives in the area that came to visit. We all caught several fish. Drake was an excellent host. We will be back next year!」
