「Staff was absolutely great. Food was as well. I stayed here for 5 nights but traveled 1800 kilometers around Ireland looking at property for my new home with Dooley’s as home base each night as it’s centrally located. It was perfect and I would stay there anytime.」

「My stay would've been great. However, I booked a king sized bed and paid for it through Expedia and was given a room with a double bed. When I called the front desk on arriving at my room to find a double bed I was told that there were no king beds available. They made no offer of compensating me for the price difference. No attempt whatsoever to try to satisfy our complaint. A full-blown bait & switch. Reading the fine it basically says that they can give you whatever room they want and...

「I wanted ground floor unit due to 2 people having mobility issues. sent property a request for this with no reply. arrived to be told on 2nd level with stairs as the only access. asked if we could change to ground level & told no sorry. This made our stay difficult for the ones navigating the stairs with their mobility issues 」
