「Overal we had a nice stay in New York and the apartment. However, the communication via the Sondor app was poor. I had problems with the security payment which could not be solved via the app (at the end it took me 15min for a call). Futhermore, we had an issue with the fire alarm beeping (not solved during the evening / night).」

「Excellent emplacement et au calme au 12e étage La terrasse est un vrai plus, même indispensable vu la taille du logement A 5 pour un appartement de 6, il manque de la vaisselle, et il ne faut pas compter cuisiner. Dommage aussi qu’il n’y ait qu’une simple penderie pour les vêtements L’accueil a été très sympathique et réactif Je conseille sans hésiter avec un warning sur la taille」

「I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!」

「My wife and I had decided to take our family of five to New York over Easter Weekend. Neither of us our from the city, but thought that our boys would enjoy the change of pace from our suburban life. The room itself is cozy. It slept five, but in all honesty two of our boys had to share a bed. It was exceptionally clean, and well stocked. There is a stove top, but now oven. We were aware of that going in, so we were not disappointed. We were not provided the WiFi password upon arrival, but after...

「It's a great place to stay for a night or two. I wish they would communicate that only vegetarian food is allowed in the property upfront. But it really is a lovely place. Also communications could be better. I had trouble getting in touch with the front desk assistant Sable while checking out and getting clean towels. Other than this, this is a great deal. Would recommend it to anybody else」

「Loads of room. Six adults stayed here in cozy comfort. Locarion is highly desirable. Easy access to everything from museums/central park uptown, festivities and shopping midtown, shopping/ walking/sightseeing downtown.
