「This was an incredible experience! The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Our host thought of all the things you might forget.... coffee, toothbrushes, even coffee cream and sugar. The kitchen is perfect for making something quick or a full meal. There was access to a grill for those nights its too nice to be inside. Our host was easily reached and very nice. We plan to stay again in the future! 10 out of 10!!」

Something with our stay with them was miscommunicated and they didn't clean for when we checked in, but they were very apologetic and refunded us what they could, gave us a gift card to a place down the street, and cleaned it very nice for us. Super cozy and nice place. Would recommend!」

「Nice house- very clean and had everything you need for a weekend stay. A bit further from UD campus than we thought. Not walking distance but easy Uber ride to all things Dayton. Very comfortable bed and spacious immaculate nathroom. Would choose to stay here again.」

「The host, Steve is cordial and attentive to needs. The house is old but remodeled as best as it can be. The neighborhood is run down, and fairly quiet. The house is quite secure with locks and lighting. The Air Force base is near, which may help with security if you had to call law enforcement.」

「I'll start out by saying that I selected this property because I had multiple communications with the host during the selection process and she was very accommodating and very helpful. I stayed three nights with my grandson who is11. She made special provision so that he could sleep on the couch and I slept in the comfortable bed in the bedroom. The place suited our needs and in fact we didn't have an opportunity to use some of the amenities that were available to us but we were happy to know...
