“Tucked back in the Arkansas rolling hills… is an awesome little B&B. Had never been to a B&B before but thought we’d break our trip up and it was well worth it. Tiffany and Bob have a beautiful place, quiet, calm, peaceful place to step away from the high pace of life. If you are traveling to Hot Springs you should highly consider taking a step outside of town… I know I’ll well be back!”

“toilet seat broken and I pinched my skin!”

“Pool isn’t open. The shower curtain rod is hanging on for dear life. The flush handle is broke on toilet cut my hand on it. The tub won’t hold water. It smelled damp/moldy. Yeah for a budget hotel the other one in town is WAY better. I will never consider this one again. The breakfast I can’t rate as soon as we got up we ran out. Oh and the stairs up to the room are rusted and scary. It had just rained and they all held water so we tracked in water in room 😩”

“Nothing good at all. There was bedbugs there. I checked out after staying there for 30 minutes. ”

“100% will be back next time we visit AR. This cabin was everything that I could have wanted in this trip. We miscalculated our TOA and the hoasts let us check in a little early. Everything was very clean, nice and put together well. Unfortunately we didnt get to explore the property while we were here, but we will next time. ”

“Was by far better than we expected ”

“Check in was Simple. The location of this rental is at a beautiful event venue-Suttle Ridge. This rental is the guest quarters behind the main quarters and there is also a beautiful pavilion with an amazing views. The main quarters and pavilion were rented for part of our stay. The owners were very transparent from the start about this. I mistakenly did not read the full amenities while booking and discovered upon arrival there was no air conditioning. There were two large fans but it was a bit……

“Hot tub was amazing , rooms where all cozy also. The only problem we had was the wifi didn't allow you to play online games on console. Other than that the place was great great location really quite lots of wildlife and great communication by the owner.”
