“An older property, well maintained and equipped. Convenient to the lifts but car is necessary. The bus is close but too far to walk in ski boots, it’s a real pity they don’t swing by this road. You could rent a locker and change boots at the base. Lovely alpenglow sunsets in the valley from the living room window.”

“The property was exactly as described- clean and well stocked with basics. Minor suggestions would be to have pot holders for the kitchen, more wine glasses, and let folks know that the fireplace doors must remain open or the fireplace will automatically turn off.”

“We loved our stay which made it easy to get to the mountain and had plenty of space for 5 of us. There is an “80s charm” to the place with a slightly sunken living room and vintage furniture. Will look to be back next year!”

“Clean, central, great space”

“We have been vacationing together as a family (10-12 people) for nearly 20 years-- MOST of those in the Colorado mountains for skiing and MOST of those in Steamboat. This is by far our favorite condo. Everything is set for a large group with plenty of sleeping arrangements, table settings, and a well-stocked kitchen. With 3 generations of skiers ranging from 10-82, the convenience of the on-call shuttle picking up outside the garage door couldn't be beat as it was easy for everyone to get……

“Minus a few supply issues with the condo it fit us perfectly. The location of this particular condo was perfect! Will stay again!!”

“The home is absolutely gorgeous and exactly as pictured. It had everything our family needed. We had three generations there for my 40th birthday celebration and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay. The home was immaculate and very spacious, the beds comfortable (even the bunk beds, as reported by adults who slept on the bottom bunks), the balcony and outdoor fireplace are such a treat, and the hot tub on the roof is perfect for star gazing. The home was perfectly clean and well……

“Loved the property! Excellent for skiers to come and go as they please”

“Overall the location can’t be beat. The property van will give you a ride anywhere you want to go. The only downside is the unit is somewhat worn, the TVs never worked during our entire stay (even though they tried multiple times to “6“ them) ceiling fan in the living room never worked. The TV was a big deal as we had planned a Super Bowl get together with friends, and us with it never working weren’t able to do that.”

“High quality place and very clean. But it sleeps 10 and has parking for only 2 cars. Logistically very difficult. You’ll need to call nomadness customer service, which is based in CA, for them to send you a parking pass (they’ll tell you only maybe) that you’ll then have to print (hope you’ve got a printer lying around!). Also it only lists 8 bed spots in the description but there are indeed 10.”

“Loved out stay. Everyone was able to spread out but still be together and the location was great. Had a great walking path just outside and the neighborhood is wonderful. While there was no AC everywhere, fans were provided and kept it cool enough on the hotter afternoons. We would stay there again for sure.”

“We loved our stay. Cabin was cozy and clean. The staff at the Historic Cabins at Columbine were wonderful, friendly and very helpful! Enjoyed the history of the cabins and made the hike up Hahn’s Peak. I hope to return!!!”

“Good amenities, and probably used to be very nice. It’s still good, but this hotel could use a facelift and the addition of a bar/restaurant to become great. Free breakfast was advertised but actually not included.”
