"while the hotel is beautiful, the stuff was very helpful, but the rooms needed little work. the washroom shower door was not fully closing so water was coming out, did not had any ventilation fan to get the humid out."

"We had two rooms. Reasonably clean. Walk paper peeling off the walls, probably from the humidity but the room was very musty smelling. Used the outdoor stairs to parking lot, very dirty lots of cobwebs not very welcoming. Booked through Expedia so was constantly reminded that we have no benifits because we booked through a third party. Still booked your hotel so not sure why that should matter."

"Amazing resort. Staff treated you with respect Anything that we needed were granted. the pool and the Jacuzzi were amazing. Plus a short walk to the village. Will definitely be back."

"Nice hotel and friendly staff. The pool was closed the one morning and the hot tub jets were poor. Cleaning staff came into refresh towels on day 2 but did not make our bed. We would stay here again!"
