"Quite a disappointing stay overall. At check-in we were asked to pay an additional ‘city tax’ that was unexpected. Our Expedia booking already included taxes. In terms of the rooms, there was no phone, no safe and no mini fridge. Amenities were very basic. As to the room itself, there was mould in the shower. Also no sheer curtains on our first floor room - so basically it was either completely black out everything — or nothing. Breakfast selection was basic - but good. Overall an unpleasant stay and won’t be coming back. "

"It's currently under a lot of construction so if you come from the bus Google maps will tell you to go past the entrance, it's in the back of the McDonald's parking lot so it should have better signs during construction to show location but if you take the shuttle it should drop you off right at the entrance"

"I absolutely loved my stay here. After long days exploring Amsterdam, it was such a delight to come back, relax and recharge. The hotel was incredibly clean, and everything felt high quality - especially impressive given the price compared to other places. Honestly, one of the best showers (and even flushing toilets!) I’ve experienced. Super easy access to the city centre via train made getting around effortless. I’d 100% recommend and would definitely stay again!"
