“Loved our stay at the farmhouse! We had more than enough dishes and cookware for our stay. The beds were so comfortable. We were all fast asleep as soon as we hit the pillows. It was nice to be back in a farmhouse and you can see they took care to show the history and labor of love the home was. There were little things here and there that reminded me of my grandparents farmhouse and it was nice to reminisce.”

“This was the perfect cozy getaway for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary. McGregor is a cute little river town surrounded by beautiful bluffs. There were several state parks and other cute nearby towns to explore. The Chalet was perfect for us. Jason was easy to reach and quick to respond to messages. ”

“We enjoyed relaxing in the living area. We ate at the Lighthouse in Clayton. We visited the coffee shop, brewery and winery. This place has a great view. Our only complaint was the bed. ”

“Really cute & clean property! Historic building well maintained. Host communicated clearly with us sending parking, WiFi & security lock information prior to arrival. There was a problem getting the message from VRBO as reservation was booked through Expedia but host responded quickly & resent. We were 12.5 hours from home but this was a great home away from home! ”
