“The property was beautiful, very clean and we loved the welcoming surprise congratulating us on our wedding. From the heart shaped and scattered rose petals and the towel swans to the card, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. Perfect! Highly recommend!”

“This is a very friendly place to stay being a day, week, or longer. I find it very quiet and yet it has that country feel to it. the rooms are very clean, bed is very comfortable, the heater does work very well for the cold mornings and so does the a/c for those warmer days it's close to town and also the Military Base. and yes, I will stay here on my next visit. For me it's a win win”

“Very close in proximity to Alexandria Bay. We could even walk. You will cross the street then the road is calm and a nice walk to downtown. About 1mile to downtown. The property owner is professionally attentive. He checked on us daily to ensure we were happy. The housekeepers came daily to refresh the room. They were professional and helpful.”

“We have stayed here several times before but we will not stay here again. We will choose another hotel on our next trip to Watertown. The hotel has declined in appearance and service. They have added breakfast to the amenities. The food was not on par with most hotels. Went out for breakfast on the second day. The hallways were very noisy and had a foul odor.”

“We walked in and the owner Steve V. greeted us, showed us to our room, explained how things worked, and was so friendly. It is the most beautiful location. The restaurant was great as well as the lake view and sunset. Do stay here if you have a chance.”

“The room was clean, very comfortable bed. Good coffee. No staff directly but can message for any issues. Good communication.”

“The hotel is dated. The rooms are quite small. The breakfast was not very good as the only protein choice was a tiny yogurt or a tiny peanut butter packet. Although the hotel was quite full, the room was quiet.”

“Room was clean and staff was friendly. Our room has a broken hair dryer. Our room was in a separate building from the indoor pool which was weird and inconvenient. The beds are very small only double beds and the pillows were hard. There is no microwave but there is a mini fridge in room. Overall was a decent stay but I probably wont stay here again due to the price and the amenities offered.”
