「Hotel is clean, room amenities are excellent, bed sheets and pillows sparkling white. I did request a microwave in our room to heat up our food and I was surprised that there’s no charge for it. Beautiful views, in a quaint town. We went in April though so some of the shops are still closed. We will definitely come back. 」

「This hotel was in convient location . We needed a place to stay while family member was in hospital. Room was clean, beds very confortable . Only complaints, #1 doors were very loud when closed. So you heard them off/on three the night. #2 included breakfast was probably the most unappealing selection compared to most hotels」

「Always very accommodating」

「Obviously we stayed there out of season. Therefore, even for the shops, bars, restaurants that were open for business, unfortunately we didn’t make it to because it was freezing out. Walking around was definitely not happening. Property did have some areas that would definitely benefit from maintenance work/normal wear and tear. 」

「It was a nice area. The manager/owner was pleasant. Room was small, but cozy. Heater either got too warm or too cold. Back and forth.」

「The room was relatively clean except for the stains on the sheets and the leftover soap with hair on it that was from previous Visitors and leftover shampoo. It was gross.. There was no hot water. I left the water run for 6 minutes and it only got Luke warm.. so no shower for me. I left at approximately 7am rang the bell for service but no one showed up so I left. 」

「My friends and I just had the most incredible weekend stay at The Roxy Hotel. Character meets extraordinary comfort as you will sleep sound as a pound in this safe, beautiful town with shops walking distance and the best little coffeehouse/bakery. We had top notch customer care. Upgrades. We will definitely spread the word and be back next year! Two solid thumbs up. 」

「The room itself was clean and bright. The bathroom in our room could use some updating, the drain under the sink and counter leaked water when we would run the tap so we had to lay towels down so our feet and socks wouldn’t get wet. Our toilet also had troubles flushing, we had to hold down the lever for about 30 seconds to get it to flush and refill the tank fully. The free breakfast was a good deal, it included the usual cold breakfast items as well as hot fresh waffles, scrambled eggs and...
