「Pool area not clean, beer cans and the cushions looked nasty. Room was in need of repair in the bathroom, the hallway needed to be vacuumed and the carpet in the room needed to be shampooed.」

「Had trouble with room (door to room would hardly close and would be easy to get into). Front desk did not want to move to another safer room. Had to call corporate number (which was not much help either, they refer you back to hotel which management would not respond). When we showed the front desk they had other rooms we could book at their hotel they finally moved us to new room. Would not recommend due to poor management.」
