"The check in process was smooth and easy. It was when we got our room, our bed had crawling bugs on it. The front desk lady gave us a new room, but it wasn’t clean. There were red stains on the carpet, floor had never been vacuumed. I’d skip this hotel in a heartbeat. "

"When we arrived we had a small issue with the A/C. Katya from the front desk was extremely diligent to resolve and ensure we were comfortable. She made the difference in our short stay. Katya, thanks! Gym was in great shape and had enough equipment for me to complete my Saturday full body routine. Breakfast had a great choice to prepare a breakfast sandwich. My younger son loved the waffles. I was able to have a balanced breakfast. We will be back for sure. "
