“ It is a cute place with a good view of the lake. However it was not recently cleaned, and you could tell. It needed a light dust/cleaning; I found 3 dead roaches and animal food on the floor after swept twice. I also found dust on and in the coffee maker so I had to rinse it all out and clean it before making coffee. We could also tell the rug in the bathroom was not cleaned and stuck to our feet after getting out of the shower.The outside area is nice, but was not clean or swept off at all, so……

“The house is spacious and well appointed. Something to consider is that this house is in the owners back yard. 100 feet from the house. from the primary picture its to the right. I felt like I was intruding. ”

“It was sufficient for our needs It was close to parking for the rail trail in town to ride bicycles It was in a safe area The best feature was the carport that we were able to back under to keep our bicycles on our car each night and to keep them dry”
