「Upon arrival I went to check in and was told the room I booked and paid for was not available as there were “no king bed rooms on the first floor” so I was given a different room of two double beds instead. Not convenient for a couple travelling together nor is it what I paid for. There was also an abundance of black mold throughout the shower and bathroom.
