Lovely room, water, tea, coffee, biscuits. Comfy bed, nice towels. Heating not great (it was a really cold night) but understand radiators are being upgraded very soon. Breakfast lovely, great staff, private car park (limited spaces). Would stay again.

Property took my money, then advised us not to travel at less than 24hrs notice, leaving me without a place to stay and without refund. Hotels.com did nothing about it. One space to park right on the corner of a round about so tight that one person cant get out. Got there and no key in the safe then had to go in the shop to get one. Finally got one and was tkld it wasnt the same apartment we booked as it had a leak. Walked in the main entrance to find a dirty hall ...
