“Cabin was very welcoming. Very clean inside which is great! Except the front door was very dirty. Could be washed or repainted. Over all would most definitely stay again there. Very quiet and beautiful! Thanks for a wonderful night stay!”

“The place was very clean, a very well done remodel. Host was easy to communicate with.”

“Brooke and Dave have a wonderful property in the heart of bourbon country. They communicated clearly and responsively about our stay. The house was perfect for our time exploring Bardstown and the surrounding area. So many distilleries were between 10-50 minutes away. No chance to experience them all. The home is roomy and designed with our enjoyment in mind: from the cozy lower level with pool table, shuffle board and game cabinet to the main floor with massive TV and 2 video game……

“We were a group of 8 men enjoying a long weekend on the Bourbon Trail. All agreed the place was perfect for what we needed and location situated ideally for the distilleries on our itinerary. We took full advantage of the Traeger grill and fully stocked kitchen for our evening meals (tip: hit up Boones Butcher Shop in Bardstown for awesome fixings to grill). Also the bonus garage/game room was a huge plus. While the cabin would have sufficed for our purposes the garage was the cherry on top. We……

“This house was a perfect location for a wedding we were attending. We could literally see the venue from the back deck. If you are attending an event at The View At Plum Creek, this is a great place to stay. The house was clean and well maintained. It was easy access to the main road to get back in to Mt Washington. The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had.”

“Our stay was excellent. The only issue we had was that the door codes provided did not work and we had to call the number posted in the window to gain access with a different code. Not a huge deal. The house was in perfect condition, well equipped and clean. The location was GREAT and allowed us very easy access to all the distilleries. The neighborhood was very nice and we felt safe and comfortable going on a walk each evening through the area. It is a quiet neighborhood with quiet roads, and……

“House was in a decent neighborhood and was as described. Had to deal with thousands of ants using the stove top as a highway from one counter to the other.”

“Our room was very clean and our host thought of everything. There was everything from snacks to tooth brushes and Q-tips. We sat out on the porch and watched people next door in a small park that the city had made for them The area was fairly quiet. The room is a block away from several different eating options.”

“We had a wonderful girls trip to this lovely home! Anything you could think of was available! Hope to come back when the weather permits to enjoy all the awesome outdoor areas!”

“Great house and property. Is close to the highway road so you do hear the boys and their toys (large trucks). A little more attention to the cleanliness of the barn area should be done.”

“We enjoyed a restful stay, house was very clean, well stocked with lots of goodies and a great coffee bar. Location was close to everything yet it was in a quiet neighborhood.”

“Clean, well-kept place with comfortable beds and great location!”
