Should be torn down and rebuilt. walls are paper thin. We could hear everything the people in the rooms next to us and in the hallway were saying. did not get much sleep

The ice machine was inoperable on the 3rd floor. We were unable to connect to the internet, which was unacceptable. The shower head was extremely loose in the wall.

Loved the staircase that came down from upstairs into the middle of the lobby. Was very nice and gave it a real "home" feel. All staff very friendly and courteous. Wish the ice machine on the second floor would have been working as well as the candy / snack machine near the pool...was disappointed that it wasn't. Would be nice to have a guide by the TV for Channel selections. Excellent breakfast choices and always full for all who would partake. Wish there was a lighted sign on corner of Capital Drive and Highland Ave... would have made turning in there a little easier...Maybe you can work with the city on that. Some of the light bulbs in the room lamps need dusting & one needs replacing. Nice & quiet heating unit in room. Like the every 3rd day room refresh. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel has declined Significantly. The carpet in the hallways are old .. only one working ice machine. their is no daily maid services the walls are paper thin last but not least the pillows and bed were the WORST..I checked out and booked at the Drury in Beechwood for the remainder of my stay in Cleveland.

I am very disappointed at how the room look. It needs some upgrading. I wind up being in a room with the toilet being backed up, I request for staff to help fix the problem. I was given a plunger at the door and was told to fix it myself! I'm a guess. Not a staff member and I expect better service. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

I usually stay here when meeting family at a halfway point and it’s always been a great stay for a solid price. Water pressure is like a firehose, rooms are clean, parking lot is well lit and safe and right off the Ohio turnpike. Would recommend.

Stopped by for a night on a long drive. It's a clean, simple place with very friendly staff. It's also a 10 minute drive from a national park with beautiful waterfalls, so that's fun!
