The room was spacious and clean. It was comfortable. Started our trip at this hotel and wasn’t disappointed. Close to the National park. Staff was amazing and the breakfast selection was excellent. Very accommodating staff as we were on the area to visit friends and we were all able to use the lobby to relax, visit, eat dinner, and play games. The rooms were spacious and clean. The room and lobby had multiple places to charge electronics. I wanted to get a cloth and cleaner to clean up after the kids, but the desk staff insisted they do the cleaning.

The staff were amazing! The walls are so very thin that I could hear every single word the upstairs people and the people next-door to me were yelling at their children. I could also hear the TV shows. The fan and air-conditioning unit does not stay on no matter what I tried to set it on, it just comes on intermittently. It was an absolutely terrible night of sleep.
