I like almost everything except the cleaning Lady she complained almost for every thing she knocks my room door every day which don't appreciate it.every 3 or 2 days is fine... Not every day.

My partner and I came to this hotel to take a shower while our plumbing was out. The hotel room was disgusting. Stained sheets, stained or dirty towels (big brown spots!), dirty walls and doors, shower floor was dirty. I forced myself to shower but my partner couldn’t bring herself to shower because she was so grossed out. We stayed for 30-40 minutes and checked out. Asked for a refund due to the terrible conditions and because we both couldn’t shower, but the property declined to refund me. I don’t understand any of the positive reviews because it definitely looked like cleaning at this hotel is not a priority.

Staff was good. Room was clean and nice. The one problem I had was the neighbor above me. Because it’s hardwood floors, I heard every footstep upstairs and whoever was up there was awake all night! So I was awake all night as well. I was afraid no one would answer the front desk so I didn’t call to complain. Also for fear of the person above me being more obnoxious. The person was literally pacing back and forth in work boots from 11pm to 6am.

It was a joy to stay here. It was the cleanest place I’ve stayed at in a long time. It smelled so clean and fresh. I had to stay there a week while my husband was having surgery and recovering. I felt safe no issues from others also staying there. When we went back a few weeks later we stayed again I would highly recommend

The room was dirty. I moped the floors with towels at 1:30am when I arrived from the airport because they were so disgusting. The towels were black after mopping the floor! Things were also broken in the room. Would never stay there again! I usually have good experiences at Motel 6 but not this time.

For a very inexpensive motel this Motel 6 is in pretty good condition. There is no carpeting in the rooms but the floor is clean. My room was in good condition and there was a little mini kitchenette in the room. I am sensitive to lighting and wish that the lights were more comfortable: warm and yet sufficient for reading etc. That would be my only complaint. But it’s a complaint I have for so many motels/hotels. I was pleasantly surprised overall by this Motel 6.

Clean and comfortable no-frills stay
Our room was clean and not outdated. I appreciated having a sink, mini fridge, and microwave right in the room. The tv was decent for the size of the room. I had an ankle injury at the time of my stay and the front desk was accommodating, giving us a room on the ground floor. Parking was easy and plentiful. I would stay here again if in the Cleveland area.

I got in late but the attendant woke up when I tapped on the glass and quickly checked me in without issue. He was nice, professional, and fast. The room was clean quiet and tucked away a bit which I appreciated. The bed was comfortable, the tv was nice and I had plenty of space and amenities.

Property is newly renovated. The rooms are set up like little efficiencies. Rooms are omfortable. Front desk person that were very friendly. Only complaint I might have is the bathrooms are very bare bones with no hair dryer box of tissues or even little shampoo bottles. We're definitely stay there again if in the area.
