The location of this place is great, close to the airport and just a few minutes drive from RTA. Sadly, the service was not very good. I had to go to the front desk a few times for various reasons and either had to wait because the desk person away for 20 minutes or was in the back and had to be called out. In the room, the sink plug was broken so the water wasn’t draining and had to fix it myself after letting staff know. Also, there were no towels in the room at all which warranted one of several trips to the front desk.

I wouldn’t recommend this property. It’s very run down. In order to utilize the airport transportation I paid for, I had to call the hotel 20 times before someone picked up. The first room I was given wasn’t cleaned. The second had a door that didn’t work. Finally, the third room worked. The staff was friendly and helpful.

They were under construction I’m hoping but there was a cardboard box in place of the glass for a door and was just all around kind of sketchy. Oh and the bathtub doesn’t drain when you shower.

I booked a 2 night stay because of the weather forecast. The first night I checked in the man from the desk was rude and unhelpful. The room door was stuck and would not open with the card key. Even he had a tough time. I asked for another room and he said “No!” At first. I continued to go in and out only with his help opening the door. Finally he was fed up with having to open the door for me and got me another room. The next room was dirty. It was after midnight when I returned so I just went to bed. Don’t stay here. Poor service and dirty.

Simple motel for basic needs
We stayed for one night due to a layover in Cleveland. Basic motel close to the airport. The bed was comfortable, facilities can use an upgrade.

This hotel was under construction. The entrance was pretty but unfinished construction going on. There was no heat in the lobby area. I booked a shuttle to take me to the airport a.m., and that person had to be called in order for him to drive us. he did not carry our bags, the hotel insisted we pay five dollars for the service. The room was not complete that we stayed in. It had no tissue no soaps no amenities. It was oversprayed as far as paint and decor. It was in a back area of the hotel that was nothing to look at Location was not good at all when I made the reservation the host charged me an additional $60 hold on my card for any damages as he told me I should not stain the room in anyway or he was going to keep the $60 I should not smoke in the room or he was going to keep the money I found it very offensive and also to hold my $60 for five days was not appropriate. I will not stay at this location ever again, and I don’t suggest anyone else to stay at this location.

Hotel is being renovated, so it is a bit rundown. I had to change rooms immediately upon check-in, because someone had clearly been in the room and it had not been cleaned. I stayed there because I had an early morning flight and they had a free shuttle to the airport.

​ No Reply ​ Our stay was very disappointing. Arrived to find the place in renovation. 25% of the rooms were not finished. The first room they gave us smelled of cigarette smoke badly. 2nd room was better but the bath needed to be cleaned much better. Then it turned out we had no cable tv at all. Nothing. The desk said they would adjust our bill but when we checked out the guy at the front desk made a call to someone and came back and told me I'd have to take it up with you folks. Then he could not even print me a receipt for my stay. He gave me a printout with all zeros and said I had to get the receipt from you as well. Sad because the location is great but this place very poorly run. I would give them 1.5 stars only because the bed was pretty good!

Upon arriving and checking in I was greeted by a very angry man. He was almost yelling at me about not getting stains on anything to which I was stunned bc we were only staying one night due to construction at home. He also said that I would’ve paid less had I called to book but since I booked online I could pay more, rude. Was put in a room with no easy access, I requested a different room, one I could get my bags to more easily. They obliged. This room was so dirty. The bedding already had a stain on it which I washed out even though it was there when I got there I just didn’t want to be charged extra. The floors were extremely dirty. Paint and debris everywhere. The towels we were given hardly looked clean too. It was just for one night so we roughed it. But for $150 for one night it definitely was not worth the price I paid. I asked for a discount in the morning and was told maybe the manager will call me. My dad stayed here when he visited me a year ago and it was fine and affordable but I wouldn’t currently recommend this place.

A bad event.
First, room key didn't work. Got new room and key. Upgraded to King bed. Opened door and found room already occupied. Half naked man jumps up out of bed yelling at me with profane words. Can't blame him. I apologized but that didn't work well. Went to manager, real fast, Jay, and told him room had man in it. Told him to speak to him asap as he was furious. Got another room. Jay apologized to man and said he'd comp his room. I didn't get comped for the embarrassment and shock of all this. Got into my room. Jay said it was newly renovated. Well, it was. But, room still has lots of plaster dust on walls, floor and bath tub, see pic. Bathroom door would not close cause door was damaged at bottom. Door handle hanging..see pic. Towel had dark stains on it. Front door had paint spatter and dust all over it...see pic. Mirror is touch screen. Cool but not very bright. The quality of workmanship is horrible. Grouting along wall to floor was terrible...see pic. TV was new and had never been programmed so we could not use it. If this is Ramada acceptable, they need a reality check. As much as Jay was nice, we won't be back.

The property is still under renovation and staff was slow at responding to requests (additional towels were not delivered and had to be picked up also the towels had stains on them). Breakfast had very little options … I have seen better service and options at other similar rated motels

Do not book this hotel
First, I had booked the hotel for two nights. I had a red eye flight that would arrive at 6 am. I wanted a hotel to sleep in when I got there and then have the next night. I called the night before to check in and make sure my room was ready for the next morning. When I got there, they said I couldn’t check in because it was past my reservation time. I had to call hotels.com and ask for a refund and then rebook for that night. Even though I had already been charged. I should have just cut my losses then and gone somewhere else. The parking lot was horrible…. Trash everywhere. The stairs looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in months. They gave us a room with one bed (there were four of us). We had to get another room. It looked ok clean but had no shower curtain. They only gave us two towels and wouldn’t let us have more until we took the two dirty ones down to the desk. It looked like they were maybe trying to remondel but doing a horrible job. I was creeped out the whole time and could barely sleep. We decided to just cut our losses and get another hotel for that night. I can not believe this hotel can qualify for Hampton status. And I do not believe that hotels.com should use this hotel either. I have stayed in trashy hotels, but this was the worst. Makes for a memorable vacation, I guess.
