Christmas in Pepper Pike

The house was very clean. Great layout for the entire family to have plenty of space and celebrate Christmas. Would recommend it and would definitely stay there again if we were back in the area.

Amazing find

This place did not disappoint! Everything was perfect from the decor to the comport to the tiny comfort details like the shampoo and conditioner and coffee station. I would recommend this as a must stay to anyone

Lovely

This property was perfect for our needs and surpassed our expectations. It was beautiful, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The gorgeous, spacious backyard was the highlight and kept my kids entertained for hours. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Excellent!

Everything was excellent. Beds were comfy, towels were plush, TP was soft, boxes of tissues plentiful, kitchen had everyhing we needed, location was convenient, yard was lovely, and owners couldn't have been nicer or more responsive. Very glad we staye d here.

Absolutely perfect !

My trip to Cleveland was absolutely perfect, because staying at Mark‘s place was awesome! Me and other coaches were in town for the women’s final four and were extremely excited that we found a house to accommodate everyone! Nothing but great things to say! The beds were comfortable, the house was super clean, and Mark was awesome when it came to communication.

Excellent family-friendly property with a great location.

This was less than 5 mins from the family I was visiting in Lyndhurst and super convenient. House is well appointed. Back yard is great with play equipment for kids and generally cool to explore. We were hoping the fish tank would be stocked, but it's unfortunately empty. Otherwise, everything met our needs.

Spacious house in a great neighborhood

Spacious, clean house with a large backyard in a great neighborhood. The kids thoroughly enjoyed playing soccer and basketball in the backyard. The location was conveniently super close to restaurants, stores and the mall, yet very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were accomodating and always responded quickly. Our only disappointment was that the aquarium was not operational. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat!

Accommodated Our Family Comfortably

In town for family funeral. Convenient location, The house was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Weather prevented us from utilizing the back yard, deck and grill. Updated kitchen and baths. Would book again ... HOWEVER, the front door and garage keypads did not work. Called agent and got a different code for front door. Front door bolt did not line up with the strike plate, so it was difficult to close and lock. It was not disclosed before booking that the double ovens did not work. We intended to cook several family meals and bought groceries that ended up going to waste, and spent extra money ordering meals in for dinner. We did not notice the small blue tape on the stainless steel upper oven door handle marked "broken." The lower oven didn't work either but was not marked. It was also not disclosed that the kitchen and the dining room has a "step-down" from the main floor. Two of us fell (70+ years old) with, thankfully, no serious injuries. I sent an email immediately upon returning home reporting the above to the owner/agent with no response; it's been over two weeks.

The house was very nice! The faucets were a little challenging, as well as the dishwasher. However, communication and quick response was great with Mark! I do appreciate his attention to the questions/concerns I had.
