The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home — complete with a sparkling in-ground pool! Step inside this newly renovated space and relax in the cozy living room with a large TV, perfect for movie nights after a day of swimming.



Enjoy your meals in the bright, fully stocked kitchen with a charming nook that seats 4, plus a spacious dining room with comfortable seating for 10. Step out to the sunroom to unwind under twinkling string lights and catch beautiful sunsets.



Soak up the sun on the lounge chairs while the kids show off their diving skills in the pool. Need a break from the water? Head upstairs to the kid's room and play one of the 2 arcade games.



Upstairs, find 4 inviting bedrooms:



Bedroom 1 has 2 bunk beds (twin over full) — perfect for kids or groups.



The master suite offers a king bed, a 50” TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.



Bedroom 3 features another king bed and a large TV.



Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds, great for guests or kids.

Guest Access:

Guests will be given a unique code to check themselves in. You will have access to the entire property and won't see us unless you need something!

Guests will enjoy a safe, walkable area with tree-lined streets, well-kept homes, and a laid-back vibe that's perfect for relaxing after a day of fun.



You’re just a short drive from shopping centers, grocery stores, local restaurants, and parks. Whether you're here for a family gathering, weekend getaway, or group retreat, the neighborhood offers the ideal mix of convenience, comfort, and privacy.



Getting Around:

For the most convenience, we recommend having a car during your stay—there’s plenty of parking and easy access to major roads and highways. Cleveland Hopkins Airport is about 15 minutes away by car.



Public transit options include local buses from the Greater Cleveland RTA, and ride-shares like Uber and Lyft are readily available for quick trips around Parma and nearby Cleveland. Walking and biking work well for nearby errands, but most guests prefer driving for exploring the area.



Other Things to Note:

The pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. It is serviced weekly Thursday evenings.
