「We had a great stay at Mill Street Inn! The property is in such a great location - walking distance to SO many things, but still lovely and quiet location. We had one of the duplex townhouses that had a balcony which was amazing! Loved having breakfast delivered each morning and sitting out on the balcony enjoying the great weather! Can’t recommend enough! 」

「Really enjoyed our weekend getaway for my wife's birthday. The room was large and very clean, kitchen area had a microwave and all utensils needed. Bathroom was large and clean and had soap, shampoo and towels provided. Breakfast was available every morning around 8:30 am and consisted of fresh fruit, yogurt and home made muffins and baked goods. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome and at home. Beautiful new porch on the front of the building that we enjoyed every evening...

「Francis Malbone House is an oasis in the hubbub of downtown Newport. All the wharves are easily walkable. It was less than 15 minutes to walk to the Elms. On site parking is a huge bonus. Daily breakfast is always delicious. But the best thing about this inn is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. 」

「My husband and I came for the night to celebrate our anniversary. The Burbank rose was clean, quiet, and walking distance to everything. Parking wasn’t too far. Our room had everything we needed for our stay. Priscilla was super nice and helpful for checking in and out. Will definitely come back again!」
