"This was our 4th or 5th year staying at this property, and we again had a great stay. They layout is perfect for a multi-generational group. The massive kitchen table allowed us to eat all meals together, and the multiple levels allowed us to spread out when we needed to. The owner was extremely helpful when we were trying to figure out the fireplace controls, as was the property manager. We definitely recommend!"

"Our family gathered here for a week long getaway. It was a perfect place to relax by the fire or watch movies on the sectional. There was plenty of room to let everyone have thier own space and not feel crowded. We are definitely looking forward to coming back to enjoy all the property amenities the community has to offer!"

"We had a great time at the Rosewood last week. The house was very clean and spacious enough that all 9 of us had plenty of room. We especially loved the deck, fire pit and grill and used them every evening. Cathleen was very responsive with a community access issue and it was resolved very quickly. We all enjoyed our family vacation at this wonderful home."

"Beautiful and very clean property! Great location in a safe community with plenty of things to do! About 20 minute drive to local attractions and shopping. "I have no negative things to say about this place. House was very big and spacious. Very clean. Great gaming area with a pool table which was a big plus for me. Also has lots of parking in the front of the home to accommodate all guest. Lastly property manager was very helpful in answering all my questions and making sure everything ran smoothly. Will definitely book again!"

"We enjoyed this property. The house was clean and as described. We had fun with the arcade games and there was space for everyone to relax. The north gate entrance was closed and the detour made getting around a little difficult. Other than that, we had a great time."

"Our vacation was great!! Plenty to do with all the amenities that are offered. John responded quickly anytime I needed assistance. There was even 2 turkeys hanging out in the yard to keep us company. Overall I recommend John’s house and the hideout to anyone who like “the mountain life”. Thanks again!!"

"We had an amazing weekend. The house is a bit outdated, but we were there to be outside. There is another rental connected to the A-frame. The walls are very thin, but we didn't mind at all. (We're used to the loud city). They have their own fire pit and outdoor section in the back yard.
