“I’ve never left a rating this low, and honestly, I won’t recommend staying here. It’s a self check-in hotel with no front desk support. On Day 1, I checked in online but never received an access code to enter the building or my room. I’m definitely not the only one—there were many other guests stuck at the front door every day. I stayed for six nights, and this happened repeatedly. To get access, I had to call the helpline multiple times (I’m using an overseas mobile). Each call kept me on……

“Great!”

“All of the staff was so nice! There is a little store and a resturant where the food is amazing, and they brew their own tea on sight, so they have great sweet tea if you are from the South and are looking. Great location and very nice! But also good healthier options like sweet tea!”

“A very large and spacious apartment - plenty of room for a family of four (could sleep six), a fantastic base for a sightseeing trip in NYC. Plenty of shops and amenities nearby, a five minute walk to the subway and a ten minute walk to Central Park. Communication with the host was excellent and the use of Door app for entry and access to a luggage holding room for our arrival/departure days meant we could make the most of our time in the city. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here……

“Super friendly staff, generally spacious, everything is smooth”

“清潔隊尚可，附近住宅區安靜但餐館不多，櫃檯人員較冷漠”

“Towels provided are dirty. Water split out in shower tub n made the floor all wet. Noisy environment at night ”

“The central location was very convenient and made it easy to get around. However, the soundproofing was poor, and it was quite noisy late at night and into the early morning, sometimes as late as 2 am. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind. The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the facilities felt a bit old, and there were some stains on the carpet and bedding. Also, we were required to pay a cleaning fee at check-in and could not check in without paying it.”

“the comforters didn’t look clean..looked dusty”

“地點非常好， 不是旅館是像民宿經營，我會每天幫你打掃，房間的使用的材料都補充，不要期待太高。”

“not good at all”

“Location, host responsiveness, cleanliness, accurate photo representation, all 10/10! Would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone visiting NYC, an incredible value for the price! My family and I (group of 5 adults) booked this apartment as my sister and I were running the NYC Marathon. Not a sketchy location whatsoever, close to a lot of the major tourist attractions but not RIGHT in the heart so it's much more enjoyable! Walking distance to a ton of subway lines as well! The apartment……
