"The cleanliness seemed fine but the structure of trailer seemed to have signs of damage in the past,no lights around hot tub,couldn’t see steps getting out of it,,,and although it was unusually hot there was no coolness in living room and middle bedroom,and I would also suggest an up to date toaster, bagels had to be pried out of it and had to eat burnt,all in all the host was very easy to communicate wth, any questions were answered quickly and to the point"

"A group of my friends and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was right on the water and was beautiful. The host provided a lot of great information leading up to this day. They have a park pass that you can borrow and they had firewood available if you wanna stay in and have a fire. I would definitely recommend this stay to large groups. "

"Close to town, restaurants, and wineries. The unit is in a converted garage behind the main house with a DIY vibe that's basic, but functional. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. "

"The place is excellent. We had one small hiccup about the dog but all in all everything went well after communicating the issue with the owner of the place. The place itself is very clean, amazing lake views and nice neighbours. It is located right in between Watkins Glen and Geneva. So we had chance to visit both sides of the lake. Highly recommend ! "

"The view from the living room is stunning. We spent time on the dock watching the birds and boats go by. Even though it was just my husband and I, the house was roomie and plenty of space for a big family. The hot tub was a nice bonus. The neighbors were quiet. Local wineries and restaurants close by. Perfect getaway place."
