"We were reserved for D3. Upon our arrival, there was no envelope for D3. I called the local # (in another town?) and she helped us get room C1. There were no people around. The room was small for 2 adults. No chairs. 5 hangars and no coat/hat hooks ( badly needed). The old outlets need to be replaced as plugs fell out. Hot water was immediate Yay!.
