"The hotel the 4 story section could use a refresh in the paint and finishing. The roof top bar had an amazing view and served a wide arrange of cocktails. The one major issue was there was no hot water! Common in older hotels, However the location was within walking distance of downtown!"

"I expected it to be nicer comparatively speaking from past stays at other Indigo Hotels. There was a giant water stain on the ceiling of our room. The Fire place didn’t work in the room. For the price, you would think that they would at least have a complimentary pot of coffee available in the lobby. Instead everything had to be purchased in the hotel restaurant!"

"There works shops nearby as well as some of the restaurants were open. I did not see a packet in the room, which I would’ve been interested in looking at. I thought everything was clean and neat and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay."

Nearby was Burritt’s Market — a wonderful gourmet market where we picked up delicious deli items for easy snacks during our stay.Jeff was fantastic with communication, providing clear instructions for parking and keypad entry, which made everything seamless from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again!"

But the extras made it special: The remarkable architecture, the gas fireplace, the view of the bay, the complementary local hard apple cider, and having someone plow and shovel before we woke up each day.
