「Appreciated the fact that we were able to secure this almost last minute reservation. It served our our purpose well. Breakfast was a nice perk with healthy choices. WiFi password could be more clearly stated on key card packet or just posted in room.」

「The room was great and the staff helpful. The pool was chilly and the pool deck concrete needs repairs.」

「We were so very happy with the comfort inn. We almost stayed an extra night. Breakfast was fantastic, the place was very clean, the room had everything we needed. The weather was so very HOT outside (99 degrees) that it was great to have the pool and hot tub to go into before bed. Staff were very helpful. Thank you to ALL.」

「The bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly. The shower knob control wouldn’t stay in position. It defaulted by slipping down with gravity. Picture a clock moving counterclockwise the 7:00 position fell on its own to 6:00 position.」

「The inn had no rooms with walk in showers even though it was advertised. Had to go down to the reception area to use a microwave-none in room. Bed was so high that my wife had to use a stool to get into it. There was a preset alarm on the time clock for 6AM that was not expected. When the heat was off there was a fan that cooled the room too much immediately. The tub was slippery when used for a shower.」

「The rooms we reserved were not available. Staff upgraded us to two different rooms. One room was good the other had a portable A/C unit. Upon entering the room it was 79*, fridge was brand new but still had all the packing inside yet. Hot air was coming in the window due to poor sealing around the portable A/C unit. 「Rooms were clean upon arrival and the location was great. We were there 3 nights, and staff never cleaned our room or brought more towels. Yes, I could have called, but I kept coming back each day thinking, okay, they will be in tomorrow. It is just something nice about a comfortable hotel, to come back from a day of sightseeing and have a clean room and fresh towels. Three nights and no service just seems wrong.
