The room was clean and beds comfortable. Good breakfast homemade French toast and sausages. The only problem was all rooms were on the second and third floor. They did have an elevator, old as antique, door was hard to operate and I'm handicapped, arthritis.

On the room we found a roach, I mean I don’t care about it but I know there’s people out there that would be crazy if they found the same thing, also there wasn’t Soap, shampoo and conditioner and the shower, thank god we brought our ones from home but yeah, everything else was normal I’ll say, is not the first time we went over there. The lady at front desk very nice 👍

The hallway floor is spongey, you can tell that it is pretty much pier and beam and the wood is rotting. Don't expect any kind of friendliness from nighttime staff. I will definitely be staying somewhere else if I ever stay in Clovis. I do not recommend.

The property is older and shows wear. For the price, it was a decent stay. The pool was closed. The breakfast was standard continental style (waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, etc.).

The room had a slight musty smell, and the bathroom cleanliness was disappointing. There was hair in the bathtub and an unpleasant odor coming from the shower curtain. The bathroom was not properly stocked or maintained. There was no soap or shampoo provided, and only one body washcloth was available for use.
