“Everything was fantastic about the place with the exception of the lady that greeted us when we checked in. Never in all my travels have I been treated so rudely and dismissive as this woman who seemed upset that she had to deal with my daughters and I. Everyone and everything else was five star. I just chalked it up to she was having a bad day, but it was a real disappointing “welcome.””

“We enjoyed our stay ! We loved the hotel staff- Kind and very helpful. The outdoor pool was great, the gym not so much. Food is nice Two issues to consider 1. It’s quite noisy if you want to sleep till late , outside noise comes into the room. 2. Location - immigrant neighbourhood, didn’t feel very safe after dark…”

“Lovely hotel and quiet setting, close to airport but no noise from planes. Room was lovely and spacious. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a great selection. Only negative was the mattress was very firm”

“Great breakfast and was included in room price and served till noon. Rugs in both rooms needed cleaning. Rooms are small but have good amenities like great shower quality, toiletries and face towels”

“Rooms were nothing spectacular but they were very comfortable and kept clean, we always had fresh towels, and the air conditioning worked well. I appreciated the little balcony that overlooking the ocean Staff were kind and attentive The pool was a real highlight. Stunning views. Lots of shade, good service, nice music. Location was great as well”

“This was a fantastic stay! The staff, especially Denisse, was extremely helpful and always went out of her way to help us. The hotel is pristine, with brand-new, beautiful rooms and daily entertainment throughout the day, which was a great, unexpected touch. The all-inclusive food selection and cocktails were great, as was the location. Some days we didn't even want to leave the hotel. It's an absolute recommendation. My partner and I will definitely be back next time we visit Ibiza.”
